This is Luis. He came to us in such poor shape,  skin and bones and hardly any hair. In the 3  months we’ve had him he’s doing so well. His coat is growing back beautifully, his weight is up and his personality and temperament is 100%. Luis is a lovely little dog. He came from a home with children and was very neglected. He has  appreciated everything we’ve done for him.
