This is Charlotte. One of our volunteers saw some kids abusing her in the park. They had a belt around her neck and had strung her up off the ground. She had a pup who had also followed along and was with the kids. Our volunteer stoped the abuse and marched the kids home talking to the mother who told her the dogs were not wanted. The volunteer took mom and her 4 pups. Charlotte is recovering and is now getting good food and putting on weight weight. She is 1 year old small Lab mix. She has a great temperament. She is about 25-30 lbs. Charlotte is looking for a loving home.
